The JazzAmpTM Convertible ER has an Eminence® APT50 tweeter and uses an Eminence® Ragin CajunTM speaker. The Ragin CajunTM is a much tighter, more responsive speaker than the Beta-A used in our other products making it more ideal for nylon string, flattop acoustics, jazz guitarists who prefer a brighter tone (more Martin Taylor than Jim Hall), or guitarists who play a lot of blues, rock, R&B or country. The 10kHz and 3kHz EQ controls on our amplifier allow for shaping of the overall balance of the cabinet, a far superior method to having just a volume control for the tweeter.
