Hi all. Here's a link to How High The Moon from my band's recording session a while back. It's one of my favorite tunes to play & I hope you enjoy it:

Yeah, this is good Mike. You have your own recognizable sound.

Thanks Mondoslug! It may look warm & cozy but we were actually in my friend's shed with a tiny space heater on a very cold day. I'm surprised that our fingers were able to do their jobs!

Hey @MikeK , seeing your post reminded me that you are from Asheville. How'd you make out in the recent storm? I know Biltmore Village and the Gate House were pretty much wrecked. Other parts not as bad although there were some landslides I heard of. You doing okay?

Thanks Billy, you're kind to ask. Buco and Scot from the forum checked on me too, what a great community. I live in the River Arts District, which was one of the hardest hit areas (along with Biltmore Village, as you mentioned). But while I can see the French Broad River from my kitchen window (which rose 25ft), my house sits up high on a hill, so we did fine. But many parts of the town along the rivers were destroyed. The latest I heard was that the region suffered around a billion dollars in damage. But it was great to see the community pull together to help each other out. It really renewed my faith in humanity. We had no power or water for a couple of weeks, and then when the water started flowing from the taps again, it was undrinkable for several more weeks. Many people in the region suffered profound losses. But things are getting back to normal. The kids are back in school, the gigs are back, and we're all a little stronger from having made it through a horrific natural disaster together. Thanks again for asking. An event like this really makes you see what's most important in life.
