Django worked for some time with Jean Sablon, some of those tunes are really nice. Cette Chanson Est Pour Vous is a favorite of mine, the vocal part is beautiful and Django's accompaniment is so tasteful. I imagine playing with Sablon was a lucrative deal for Django, because the crooner was quite famous and loved. It probably unlocked wider audiences for Django's guitar playing, crowds he otherwise may not have reached.
The only female vocalist I can recall Django working with was Beryl Davis, I had a thread about that here. The Delaunay book says Django was working with many other female vocalists, but he dismissed them quickly (for being too young/inexperienced?) and perhaps many never got a chance to record.
These days I like when Cyrille Aimée works with Adrien, they haven't recorded all that much but the arrangement of The Man I Love is a good one. You have to go to Samoreau at 2am to hear the best stuff :)

Male Singers: Joe Williams & Billy Eckstine (there are more, but right now. . . ), also Titi Bamberger when he sings is amazing.. . .
Femaie Singers: Eve Seltzer, Ceclile Mcloran Salvant & Abby Lincoln (again, there are more, but right now) Cyrille Aimee is a favorite as well.
Good thread- looking forward to see what other artists people bring to the table.
To back up my choices, this is perfection:
And this, some sort of ideal of musical collaboration:
