Love that song, so beautiful. Hopefully I'll get to hear it live this June. And hearing Fapy in person play What A Difference a Day Makes is on my bucket list.
I had just started learning the melody and this will really help speed up things.
Apart from being a lovely tune, I also find it intesting that it sounds close to the tradition of Portuguese guitar pieces such as those played by maestro Carlos Paredes. I do know Fapy also plays Portuguese guitar so this may have contributed to the composition, I guess.

Thanks Phil!
Fapy is on the teaching staff for DiJ 2026
Terrific concert.
His composition Plachterida is really nice.

“Plachterida” means “Butterfly” in the Sinti language - kind of matches the feeling of the melody.
Anybody have a chart of the tune?
(If not, I guess I'll have to work it out myself -
this version shows Fapi's fingerboard fairly clearly)
You're looking for chords?
Buco, I'm looking for the melody.
Ah, even if I knew it, it wouldn't be written out.
I can't remember where I got it from but this pdf seems to cover it all.
Brilliant - many thanks Chris.
