Krivo would be a good bet if you're going for a magnetic, they're very thin profile. For reference, I have a peche that I love but it frets out the high E on my M10.

I've owned 2 M-10's and an M-30 & used krivos on all of them with very satisfying results. I favor the micro manouche these days. If you use the tiniest dot of putty on each side of the pickup, it'll stay put & not interfere with the strings.

I also use the krivo and the k&k XT and it's pretty awesome on my M01
I slapped a good ol’ Peche A La Mouche on mine. I don’t believe the talk about pickups needing to be thin in Altamiras is all that accurate. I ran into that discussion when I was searching for this pickup and there was only one voice that said it would be fine. They were right and now I will pass this on to you!
I have a Krivo that I used on an Altamira for sale here. I shortened the cable but you can see from a video how I wired it so that it was removable but also hard wired to the jack.
Krivo fits perfectly on an Altamira, no clue about Stimer tho. I can say a Peche isn't compatible with an Altamira M-10, almost learned that the hard way at a gig but luckily decided to try it first before I left.

There's a Krivo Nuevo pickup for sale in the classified section of this forum. Less than half the price of a new Krivo.

Will a Stimer and/or Kleio fit on an Altamira (without modifications)?
Michael's promotional pages for Eastman says yes re Stimer, but his pages for Altamira are silent on it.
Sorry if I've missed it, but I tried to research all the various threads, etc. and I can't find any definitive answer to this.
