We were lucky to have a really cool couple. But your points were like a laundry list of learned experiences to be handed down to those brave souls endeavoring to follow in your footsteps. Sort of a caveat emptor situation (I learned those words from Brady Bunch!) Sounded like you didn't want to talk more about it in public anyway and we had already drifted the thread. Was going to reach out to make sure also I didn't come off as a "well you are dumb because your experience doesn't match mine" kind of comment.
