“ almost all of my great life experiences are through playing music or working in music...”

Same here. Wouldn’t trade those years for anything.

What's the difference between a sound man & a toilet bowl?

A toilet bowl only has to take s**t from one as***le at a time.

No offense taken, man. Was only looking to see why you had the opinion you had compared to my one experience. I don't think bridezillas are nice to be around in any instance. We were lucky to have a really cool couple. But your points were like a laundry list of learned experiences to be handed down to those brave souls endeavoring to follow in your footsteps. Sort of a caveat emptor situation (I learned those words from Brady Bunch!) Sounded like you didn't want to talk more about it in public anyway and we had already drifted the thread. Was going to reach out to make sure also I didn't come off as a "well you are dumb because your experience doesn't match mine" kind of comment. I sincerely was looking to hear the war stories that put you there and you gave it. So, thanks for the gory details.

Paul Cezanne: "I could paint for a thousand years without stopping and I would still feel as though I knew nothing."

Edgar Degas: "Only when he no longer knows what he is doing does the painter do good things.... To draw, you must close your eyes and sing."

Georges Braque: "In art there is only one thing that counts: the bit that can’t be explained."
