Yea, Stochelo actually had nervousness/stage fright with improvising to large crowds for quite a few years. He branches out much more now and days, but all the early stuff is mostly composed solos.
He has interview out there with Irene on her GJ adventures channel where he says that he was playing composed solos in the beginning and that at some point he felt he could then draw from all of those to start improvising.
