    My resolution for 2021:

    • Memorize Fretboard Logic II by Bill Edwards
    • Finish memorizing Dolores. Continue working on La Gitane. Re-memorize Wasso's Waltz.

Happy New Year, Michael and thank you for hosting this wonderful site.

I feel lucky to have found so many online friends here, especially since a) covid and b) let’s be honest, I hate parties because my social skills are rather basic and the only people I really enjoy hanging out with are other musicians anyway.

I do want to wish you well with all your resolutions, Michael, and since I’m not planning to actually make any myself I will gladly volunteer to nag you every now and then about yours, ha ha…

    Happy New Year!

    Will

Just a reminder that pretty much any tune normally played swing can be turned into a waltz. I find it an interesting challenge (until you get your head around it) & quite fun. Happy New Year to Michael & everyone on this forum. I really enjoy it.
