    Sounds good @geese_com

Some local people are participating so we have 14 total now. I'm thinking to wait until Monday before I send a PayPal payment.

I'm in touch with Melvin now.

@billyshakes just saw your added comment. I've sent a lot of our fancy picks in a first class mail. No problem ever.

Quick search showed the envelope can be up to 1/4" thick and 3.5 ounce to be still classified as first class.

Let me know everyone if you are or aren't comfortable with mailing it in an envelope.

I'll try to confirm with Melvin the size and weight.

He also said he will send at least one free pin so that'll lower the price for everybody.

Shipping cost on his end is the same up to 50 pins so that's good.

Thanks...it was more a general warning to others. I've had people send me pins in an envelope before (maybe 20 years ago when there was more snail mail). Sometimes they get through, sometimes the postman wanted a little extra postage. I'd probably just try it and put it in a mailbox. If you bring it to the post office clerk directly, they might not let it slide.

As for me, just tell me when to stop by.... ;-)

Well Melvin informed me that the pin height is 8mm. So we'll have to figure out how to do this. Taking suggestions...
