Saga DG 300 versus 340 differences

just curious on the differences between the Saga DG 300 versus the 340 guitars. Sound, playability, etc. thinking about getting a backup guitar, playing a Dupont MD50 and would like to get some input.

Generally the 340 is not as loud and a little more modern in tone....a bit more "archtop" like.

Michael, do you mean in sound, perhaps a bit more subdued for lack of a better word...how is the neck on the Wrembel as well as the craftsmanship? I'm trying to preserve my Dupont where I can, using it for "cleaner" gigs - meaning I'm not wanting to put it through the elements as much...
