Fapy Lafertin's "How High The Moon" Chords?

Last night I picked out the chords to "How High The Moon" from Fapy Lafertin's recording on "Fine and Dandy". Gee, what a great album that is.

Could someone double check me to see if these are correct? :

Not near my albums right now, but usually the chords that follow the G and the F on your first two lines are written as Gm7 and Fm7 instead of Bb and Ab.

Thanks, that's one reason I was asking... Fapy's chords sounded different than the "regular" versions, like Les and Mary's, for example. Also I wad unsure about that Cm7 to F7 before the Bm7 in the final turnaround.

Here is what I have been using:

Not sure what voicings Fapy uses (I do not have that recording) but I would guess 6/9 in lieu of the G, F and Eb and probably C9 and D9 in lieu of the C7 and D7.
