Advice on upgrading from my Cigano GJ-10

I have had my Cigano for 2 years now. I am looking for advice on my next guitar. My budget will be capped at $1500.00. I would prefer a used instrument. I like a big neck. Your advice is appreciated.
Initially I was set to buy a John Jorgensen sig model but liked the GJ-10 better. So I would say that's out of the picture. Thanks!

The Manouche Latcho Droms are the perfect guitars for someone in your situation...they are a lot better than the Gitanes...pretty close to nicer European instruments but less than half the price.

Great thing is that unlike the Gitanes, they are ready to go out of the box! No setup or other mods required....

Thanks for reply. I do not want another asian made guitar. I will keep my eyes open for a nice used guitar. My cigano plays and sounds pretty good to me. I have seen some interesting US Dell Artes. Any of those to stay away from? I am also leaning towards a 14 fret d hole. I liked the video of the Dell Arte Hommage you posted.
