Lick Request/Help

I would like help figuring out a lick that I hear often with "modern" gypsy jazz players (Wawau was using it a lot when I saw him in Montreal last weekend).

It's a sweep picking lick (not sure who used it first in this style) and it can be heard in the following video at around 0:51 (it's the fast sweep picking lick that ends Wawau's solo):



Anyone can shed some light on this?
