Best value in music transcription software?

*update* The version of Sibelius that I am looking to get rid of is Sibelius 5 it is the full version not student. This was given to me by a friend for some studio work I did a while back. Like I said it has never been installed anywhere it is cross compatible (windows or Mac) new this is around $415.00 but I am not really looking to get that much for it.

I use a Mac and have both BIAB and Sibelius. I like BIAB for jamming around and occasionally use it to print a quick lead sheet. I use Sibelius (G7) for everything else and I really like it.
