Is there going to be anything on how to do a 2/2 rhythm like what we hear on Schuckenack Reinhardt albums or on Marina & Morenos album?

That will be in Gypsy Rhythm Vol.2! Which shouldn't take me that long since it's already 80% written!
The Rhythm books will be a three part series:
Volume I (by far the biggest)
Everything you need to know about chords, la pompe, reharm, advanced rhythms etc.
Volume II
Blues, Rhythm Changes, Ballads, Waltzes, and trad. repertoire (2 beat stuff)
Volume III
Latin
