having trouble attacking lower strings

should my pick go deeper when playing lower strings how can i make them sound like higher ones?

Hard to say, but maybe you should raise your forearm (pivot up from your elbow) as you move from the 1st string up to the 6th string. Your wrist will come down harder on the bass strings
