@theholyrollers thank you, someone already pointed me to this video.
After some research i discovered that 400 to 500 of these guitars were built with the Moreno name on them, all for production. Only a few were made with the Moreno Winterstein name on them, Moreno was allowed to choose a guitar from these. He didn't want his last name on the headstock for production, which has something to do with his family name, but it's unclear why.
@Buco it's handbuild by Jeongwoo Cho i think about 20 years ago. Good materials and hardware being used. It's much beter sounding than my Gitane dg255. Very good mids and high sounding.
Anybody seen or heard from Tony Walker lately? I bought a guitar off him a few years ago and was just going to say "Hi" but my e-mail got sent back to me. At the same time, the UK JWC went dark and it is all coming direct through Jeong Woo Choo in Korea. I had heard Tony was "retiring" from the guitar business. I wish him well.

@billyshakes A friend of mine keeps in touch with Tony a lot. Tony is getting older and is becoming a bit forgetful.
I have a UK JWC myself, and it's true that Jeongwoo now works under his own name, JWC.

Those are Miller's (Muller?). His new ones also have RM initials but in a Selmer style of cursive. I'm guessing those are what he used to make in the past.
Edit: I found a reverb listing with the same style
That whole guitar looks like a great instrument. And now you found out it's rare and kinda valuable. Maybe not so much in $$$ terms but as something worth taking a good care of. It's a special one.

Can anyone tell me which tuners these are?
