Very cool! I believe those 50centime stamps some sort of handbill tax. They were phased out in the late 50s. I don't know when the "Tout Va Bien" was founded, but my guess is this is a post-WWII poster. Maybe mid-late 40s, considering Dupont is announced as winning the Grand Tournoi de Jazz in 44.
