Great! That' the Gypsy Fire AJL that you're playing, ain't it? Fantastic "Selmer" sound, it reminded me of Bireli's VR. I also like the absence of position markers, it gives the guitar a "classical" flavor. Oh, about your playing, Andreas, you know what I think: I don't want to get redundant here!

Yeah, It's the Gypsy Fire 2005 from AJL Guitars. It's a Favino style guitar with a little Selmer flavor to the sound, great instrument :P

Sweet clip, keep them coming! I have to agree, that guitar looks/sounds amazing. I'm guessing they don't have that in the US anywhere?

I think that Jacques Mazzoleni has/had a few AJL's in stock..not sure if he's got any Gypsy Fire.

I think its great that Swedish TV is hip enough to broadcast something like this. Sadly, I can't recall ever seeing a gypsy jazz performance on a US television station.
