Wegen picks wear and tear

Any one notice that the white Wegen picks (mainly the 2.5mm ones) tips wear out quicker then the black ones?
Are they the same material ?

I think I just found this discussion the other day too but can't now. Try searching for the forum posts on the Dunlop Primetone. That's how I ran into it. It is like a Wegen knockoff. People discuss the wearing of both picks there. Also Blue Chips. Good luck!

I think one is Acetal and the other one is Delrin. They are both essentially the same, except one is white and the other is black and I can't remember which is which. The black one is also used to make budget clarinets.
