Valse a Rosenthal left hand fingersettings

I find tabs of Valse a Rosenthal. But wehen i see videoso Youtube i see people play them different.
Especially i'd like to know the lefthand fingersettings to play this piece the right(fast) way.

Dennis Chang may have them in his DC music school. he transcribed right from Stochelo I believe.

Thanks for answering,but he has not transcribed valse a rosenthal in the books of Stochelo.
