When I was getting used to my Blue Chip I played around with pick to string angles from 0 parallel to about 30 degrees. I found there was a small range which the best comination of sound and esde of picking. It is different from the angle of the Wegen Big City

The Magic really starts to happen when you can play it with your eyes closed
