I posted from my phone, I'll try to figure out why the video didn't embed when I'm in front of computer.

He designed this prosthetic himself, in another video he explained it but he wedged a pick at the end of this prosthetic and he also has some add-ons so he can do palm-mute and pinch harmonics as well.
He enters these shredders competitions and usually places at the top.
