Has it been intentionally removed?
I apologize, but I needed to take it down. Essentially, there were folks asking me when the next lesson would be posted and I was on a hard deadline for getting the magazine for which I am the Editor to print... and I didn't even have time to go back and correct prior mistakes. It just wasn't fair to those who were using it to learn to have to learn mistakes only to have me come back later to correct them. I plan to restart it once things settle down and I have time to do it right. When I do, I'll post a notice here.

If you learn from these, you'll end up a much better musician than I am now - they are just so much better put together than my lessons.
