ADAM PALMA from the UK - interesting player

I've come across this interesting player recently. Although he is a fingerstyle guitarist, it seems he plays gypsy jazz pretty well with some fresh ideas and top players including Frank Vignola and Tommy Emmanuel. I'd be grateful if someone could tell me more about his technique?

He doesn't seem to be playing fingerstyle in those vids. The technique seems to be pretty conventional.
Am I missing something?

He seems to be Polish though!

Does he use gypsy picking when he plays gypsy songs?
