Just read on a Wiki page that Francis-Alfred Moerman authored a book called "Banjo Boy". Does anyone here know of this book? Likely out of print ... would love to acquire it in any form even a PDF.

In fact it seems that "Banjo Boy ou La Légende du Jazz" is a musical piece for children voices.
