  You can often find the less expensive Castelluccias for less than 1000€ and they are very good for the price. Or one of the higher end gitanes.
  You définitly need to get a cigano set up by a luthier or someone who knows what they are doing but that wont cost much, so they are great value.
  
  As others have said the best is to try before you buy. I tried 5 or 6 Gallato/Mateos before i found a good one.
