It's so obvious that it's a fake, so there is value in the post for the sheer sake of comedy.
Also quite hilarious is his asking price. For that kind of money you could buy Fapy's real Selmer that Michael has for sale. Both of my Selmers were about 32k USD (~27k Euro), so even if this was a real Selmer (which we all know it is not), it still wouldn't be worth what he's asking; not even close.
For reference, #517 just sold for 45k USD in Paris, but by all accounts, was an outstanding example in great shape.
PT Barnum said there is a sucker born every minute. Thanks to Michael and this group the risk of someone being duped is lower.
