    @paulmcevoy75 prefer solid materials also.

    @Buco ice sticks works great and got yourself a little treat also.

    The advantage for plectrum sims, its a fast easy way to make correct height without measuring cause the size is described on top. And you find them everywere.

    Don't use them from your friend in a jam. You will let them search for hours 😅

    We know that the guitar was played for some time by Babik after 1953 and I think that at this occasion the bridge had been changed or mofified and now is no longer exactly the original one. The guitar was in fact later given by Naguine to the museum without any device added to the bridge but obviously we can see that some wood has been added later (colored and glued to the bridge) to get the bridge higher.

    I think that before it was a metro ticket anyway (but no evidence however) that's what said Alain Antonietto and has been repeated by Vincent Bessières among others.
