I've been using a Killy Nonis 5mm for a few months now, it has done wonders with my tone and volume, although I did also raise my action to about 4mm at the 12th, so that may be part of it
Quick update, received the "Duved" today from Nick and wow, it's way lighter than I thought it would be! It's also quite a bit more playable too and it really does seem like size/shape effects the projection more than weight because this thing absolutely barks.
I originally purchased it with little expectations of actually using it...but now after playing on it a bit, could very easily see it moving into "active" status among my Dunlop Gators and most favorite pick I got from Jocko before he stopped making them.
Voutoreenie, what Jokko pick (model) is your favourite? Gypsyguitar.de still has some in stock in Europe. I've been thinking if I should grab something. I bought the Jokko 4G pick (Guzz copy) but I very much prefer the Arjen Keijzer AK2 (4.5mm I think) to it.
Hi Joonas, my favorite model was his "manouche" pick but custom without the thumb groove. I also really liked the "safari" material he had, although the shelfin was pretty good as well (I loved the original rhinoforce "dark ivory" plastic but that material went away and the newer "light ivory" just didn't do it for me).
Buco would be another one to talk to about this, I know he's a big fan of Jokko's picks.
And very interesting on the 4G from Jokko, same with the AK2 - I've never heard of Arjen's picks, will check them out, thx!
edit: forgot to mention I've always preferred Jokko's 3.0mm picks over the 2.0s

I haven't used either one, due to the shape of the tip. (Maybe this deserves another discussion.)
The 7mm wegen is not very easy to play lead with. But rhythm is awesome.

I didn't know Killy made a 5mm pick. Do you use it for leads? Any photos? Links to it?
Here's a recording I did with it recently: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1CGs4FrdJe/
Now what you can't hear on the video is the extreme volume it projects. I use it for leads and rhythm
