Any sound clips of it? Is it more modern and balanced or cutting like an old Selmer?

I'd say its more balanced and modern. I'll record a short video sound clip later today after work. Thanks

Here's a short demo recorded with my phone. It gives you a general idea. I'm using a dunlop primetone 1.5mm semi-round pick. I'll do a couple more using different rhythms this weekend.

Does this guitar have a dry sound? Sounds nice in the video.

It has a drier sound more so than a saturated one, for sure. It's a different quality of dry, though, with the cedar top. There's no harsh or brittle sounds, like some spruce guitars. The trebles have a more rounded quality to them which is unique. Very balanced.

Gaffieros are great guitars. You see lots of them at jams here in NYC. $2500 is a good price. They hold up well, volume and tone wise, at jams. I had one and sold it not long ago due to not needing a spare and I have mild regrets for doing so. Dude who bought it sounds great when I'm jamming across from him.

Saw this and thought I'd pipe up.
