Hi Michael - love the full sound of the rhythm playing!

How is it for lead work? Is it me or do the strings sound tight or the action quite high? You have quite a few muted notes in your lead passages - do you find you need more finger pressure to play it? Or were you just having an off demo? :D

Mean no offense  I just notice you play a lot less lead on this one.

It doesn't have super high action or anything....that's just how the leads sound on this guitar. Very percussive with not much sustain, a bit banjo like. Sort of like the old Tchan Tchou recordings!

I think I would prefer it more for rhythm as it is super deep....but if you like that snappy sort of lead sound then it would be good for single notes too.

    Thank you Michael :)
  • What gauge strings on it
The Magic really starts to happen when you can play it with your eyes closed
