Looking for info/background of this French made manouche guitar!

Thank you for letting me join Django Books forum! Hello guys, I'm new here and I'm a violinist from Hong Kong. After playing several years of gypsy violin, I'm gonna start learning gypsy guitar. I found this guitar in a local second hand market, the seller said it was made by a French luthier, he bough from a French guy 12 years ago. (That's the only information I got...) The seller offer me around €800, is it a good offer? how much it worth?

It seems a great D hole, but just want to ask anyone know more about it? Anyone can recognize the sinagure(on the headstock)? Hope someone can help (T＿T)

That is a Cyril Morin guitar. I used to own one. It was an amazing guitar.

€800 is a good deal.
