This guitar is nothing short of a Maple extravaganza! It features gorgeous European Maple back, sides, and neck...and has maple binding as well!
Although this is a used 2004 guitar, it looks cleaner than many new Duponts! It is in near perfect condition and plays and sounds great!
Action is set at 3mm and is currently strung with 11 gauge Argentines.
I really love the sound of this one...the Maple gives the guitar a nice "bite," which helps balance the thicker lows that D holes always have. In many ways this guitar has the perfect compromise between bass and treble. It's what everyone is looking for, a warm D hole that can still produce punchy leads! Once again, Maurice Dupont comes up with the goods...
