doest anyone know of any freeware slowing down programs ?

"The Amazing Slow Downer", despite its name, is a fantastic piece of software. The free version can slow down the first two tracks of a CD or the first third of an mp3. I accumulated piles of two-track CDs before I traded up to the full version.
