@Jim Kaznosky "Hey Angelo, can you leave out the mordents and the exquisite outlining of altered arpeggios and make it more meedly mee meeddle meedle meedle?".... I found out, only a month ago via a 15 year old, that the vocals in this style (and what does 'blackened' mean compared to Death....I bet they while away the hours on that distinction) are called " going full Cookie Monster". Who knew? It's a different world, to be sure

Arhg now I have to teach Google that I'm not really interested in Voices of ruin, Childrain and Sailing to nowhere.

It is the Norse variant handed down to us by the Elder Gods.

Ha, too funny Buco. Yeah be careful what you search for. The ads will be trying to sell you the stuff.
  • Hmmmm....I thin k the Norse variant sounds cooler. Where can I get some transcriptions?

Thanks for checking it out, Buco and others.

There's gotta be some more metalheads here, no? Who are also into the fantasy genre as well.

Truth be told, when I was younger, I wanted to be an author, but I'm simply too perfectionist when it comes to writing. I'll re-write the same sentence a 100 different ways, analyzing which is the best way to put it. It would take me 10 years to write a book. This album retains some of that writer's spirit, as I included short stories and a fantasy map in addition to the guitar shredding!
