Hi there!
I’ve been playing with a quartet here in Tokyo for over a year now. Oriental Shuffle is our name - now I can hear the SEO experts chuckle already. Oh well, you can’t think of everything.
Last spring we locked ourselves in a studio in the countryside in Ibaraki, and the result was 13 tracks. Mostly some Django, a few (slightly) more modern tunes, some originals too.
A short video presenting a few pieces, also our first experience at synch-playing over ourself. I hope you enjoy.

If you want to check it out, the CD is available at places like HMV or Amazon

...
but if you buy it directly from us, you’ll help reimburse the studio fees :) Plus I’ll choose a nice Japanese stamp to add to your collection. Drop me a PM!

Nicolas

ps
Unfortunately no download available, the record company seems allergic to any form of digital encoding. I guess natural selection will do its job at some point...
