2007 Park Avance with Bigtone Pickup

Shelley Park needs no introduction. Over the past decade she has earned a reputation as one of the top makers of Selmer style guitars. Her guitars are known for their impeccable workmanship, aesthetic beauty,and warm satisfying tone. This guitar is no exception.

The Modèle Avance features Selmer dimensions: 670mm scale, 15 3/4" lower bout, and a 3 7/8" body depth. The top is cedar. The back and sides are made of solid curly claro walnut and the neck is made of mahogany.

A bigtone pickup is included.

The sound of this instrument is very warm and lush....a great guitar for those who find more traditional Selmer type guitars to be too brash or aggressive. This guitar is loaded with complexity and thick, rich mids making it an excellent choice for both rhythm and unaccompanied playing. It records beautifully and can easily be used in other styles of music which require the body and depth of a flatop.
