Pros: Quality and value
Cons: May not work if you have acid skin
First; the good. These are obviously of high quality, the strings are beautifully made, even the packaging was impressive. I really like that the manufacturer has left the tuning peg end unwrapped, as it made it much easier to get a good tight wind on the peg. As to the less good (for me); I have very acid skin, and it can do funny things to guitar strings. What I have found with the Galli strings is that the have become almost sticky, and I am finding them very difficult to play without a lot of unwanted shifting noise. I suspect that others may not have this problem, but this may keep me from buying these again.
