Sadly, Fapy Lafertins brother passed away recently and he's had to withdraw from the tour. However I saw them - Lollo, Tcha et al - in Edinburgh and Saturday and they were excellent.

If you can get there I'd recommend it,

I attended the show last night and as mentioned, sadly, Fapy could not be present. Regardless, it was a wonderful show...Lollo was as brilliant and melodic as ever and Tcha Limberger was the ever present entertainer - a great violinist and fine musician. They were backed by Dave Kelbie on rhythm guitar - he makes it seem effortless... and the always energetic Pete Kubryck Townsend on double bass.
Dave said they hope to tour the UK again with Fapy in May 2012.
