The Bluegrass and Folk Music Pickin' Fest!
September 23rd and 24th, 2005

This year's fest kicks off at noon on Friday with the Fairbuilt Guitar and Weber Mandolin Pickin' Contests featuring over $5000 in cash and prizes! Then we'll kick off the Bluegrass and Folk Music Concert at 4:00 pm, featuring The Good Deale Bluegrass Band with Mike Auldridge, Keith Lovett & Friends, The Speakeasy Boys, and Bluelight Special Bluegrass. Then its a whole night of Moonlight Campin' and Pickin! Saturday afternoon begins with a round of Pickin' and Sawin' workshops. Then at 2pm the concert resumes featuring Tim O'Brien and company, David Via and Corn Tornado with Curtis Burch, Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, Danny Knicely & Will Lee, The Furnace Mountain Band with Aimee Curl, The Woodshedders, The Hunger Mountain Boys, Raymond Riley and the Loudoun Travelers, Bluelight Special Bluegrass, the Pickin' Contest Winners Jam and more!
