Ah yes . Thanks a lot db5 . Yes Russell that's what I was thinking .very klezmer sounding

There is a film of F. A. Moerman playing this on YouTube at;

and while there I found a couple of other versions by Antoine Boyer. Worth a look.
Nuits De Nador is available on the CD 'The Best Of Francis Alfred Moerman 1964 - 94 but on that version he is accompanied by what sounds like an oud; anyone know who? One of Boyer's versions includes an oud too.
