Who wrote Le Fils du vent?

Hi all,

I would like to have some more info about this tune "Le Fils du Vent" (sons of the wind), it's kinda like a gypsy anthem lyrics wise. It's sung beautifully here by Popso Weiss but who wrote it? Does any of you know of other recordings of this tune?

Anton Landauer is credited on the CD liner notes of Moreno's album of that name which he put out... quite some time ago... a decade at least. I don't know who you'd license it from if that's what you want, but Moreno probably knows.
