Mounting Internal Pickups

I've mounted internal piezo pickups (from JJB [http://www.jjb-electronics.com/], every bit as good as K&K for a fraction of the cost NFI) on mandolins, octave mandolins, guitars, fiddles and more. Not hard to do on short scale instruments with oval or f-holes (mandolin, violin) or long scale instruments with standard round or f-holes (guitar, mandocello). I can see it would be easy to mount an internal pickup on a large D-hole GJ guitar. How do you mount an internal pickup in a small oval hole GJ guitar? Any tips, special tools, secrets? Thanks
