Just returned from Samois where I bought a stimer st48, from the hand of Mr Dupont himself. I'll be mounting it on my Dg255, so I did a lot of reading from the forum archives about shims and whatnot...

Howdy, Kiyoshi. Awesome that you went to the mother-river to see this music. I will be seeing Gonzalo & Co. again this autumn, but would be nice to see him (and everyone else) "there."

Welcome back. Interesting on the Stimer, thinking of it myself for my DG-300 (despite the rep for its acoustic qualities - partly, just to go from the origins forward....another thread). Anyway, welcome back, perhaps we'll cross paths at one GJ event or another.
