Band members include Dorado Schmitt\n(guitar gypsy legend from the Lorraine region of France), Samson\nSchmitt (young gypsy guitar star, son of Dorado), Ludovic Beier\n(accordion whiz from Paris), Peter Beets (pianist from Holland) and\nBrian Torff (bass, toured with Grappelli for years). Set time Thursday\nthrough Saturday are at 7:30PM and 9:30PM. Set time on Sunday is 7:30PM.<\/b><\/p>\nLegendary\ngypsy jazz guitarist Django Reinhard’s “hot swing” style and music\ncaused a sensation in Europe in the 30’s and 40’s and is just as “hot”\ntoday. Django along with famed Stephane Grappelli were the stars of The\nQuintet of the Hot Club of France, which defined this style of music,\nknown as “Le Jazz Hot”! <\/p>\n <\/p>\nDJANGO was a gypsy guitar\nvirtuoso, called a genius by many.
