Arrived with all packaging in good condition. Setup is perfect. I am very happy surprised at the build quality, good sound balance, good loud sound and very nice tone of this guitar. It also sounds pretty nice for leads. Design and production make this the nicest guitar I've ever played. I highly recommend this. So light weight it is very easy to play.
