Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Sales on all accessories such as books, CDs, picks, and strings are final. These items are not eligible for returns.

Guitar Returns

All guitars have a 48 hour approval period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Guitars which have had custom work done (i.e. setups, pickup install, etc) are not eligible for returns. Guitars which are custom ordered are not eligible for returns. Shipping fees and customs duties are not refundable.

Amp and Pickup Returns

All amplifiers, pickups, and pre-amps have a 45 day return policy, calculated from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund. You will be responsible for round trip shipping and bank fees and the item must be shipped back before the termination of the 45 day return period. Any after market modifications done by us or anyone else (i.e. voltage switches) will void the return policy. Items marked as "Free Shipping" are still liable for round trip shipping charges if returned. All original packing materials, manuals, and other accessories must be included with the return. Failure to do so can result in our inability to refund the entire amount and/or refusal to accept the return.

Pickups which have been installed are not eligible for returns.

Handmade guitars purchased with a credit card will bear an additional 3% fee (4% for American Express and International Purchases). This fee is non-refundable. Bank fees apply only to handmade guitars. There are no additional fees for using credit cards for Asian guitars, electronics, or other accessories.

Refunds will be issued via the method of purchase (i.e. credit card, PayPal, check, etc.)

Warranty Policy

Many items we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. In the event of a warranty claim, both domestic and international customers will be responsible for round trip shipping fees incurred in repairing or replacing the item.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Consignments

I accept guitar consignments for a 20% fee. Consigned guitars require a four month commitment. After that time, if your guitar remains unsold, I'm happy to send it back at your cost.

Layaways

Many of the guitars and amplifiers we stock can be put on layaway. Please contact us if you wish to put an item on layaway. All sales are final for layaway items. Down payments are non-refundable.

Taxes

We only charge sales tax for orders within the state of Washington.

International Purchases

We only accept payment in US dollars. Prices in other currencies are based on the approximate current exchange rate but may not reflect the actual exchange rate charged by your bank.

Currencies

All sales are in US dollars. Prices in other currencies listed on the site are only an estimate based on current rates. The actual exchange rate will be determined by your bank and may differ from our estimate. Refunds are issued in US dollars which may result in an amount in other currencies which differs from that of the original purchase. We can not be held responsible for fluctuations in currency rates or exchange fees and can only refund the US dollar amount.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
