Great album - very creative and well produced compositions. My favorites are Greenline and Clumsy. Love the overall quality.
I'm always interested in jamming with experienced jazz and gypsy jazz players in the San Francisco - San Jose area. Drop me a line. Bass players welcome!

Nice! Max, I really enjoyed meeting you and attending your workshop at Django in June up in Kittery. Hope to see you there again! John Waters

Yes - it's a darned good album. It might be your first album, but it definitely doesn't sound like a Freshman effort. The composing is as good as the playing and that's definitely saying something.
You get one chance to enjoy this day, but if you're doing it right, that's enough.

    Cool, I dig it.

I went digital, but your website & all the places that sell the downloads didn't have liner note-type info. Can you share who the other players are on the disc? Some great playing all around.

I really like the non gypsy stuff, especially "Anything with the moon". I'd call that tranquil dissonance. Lots of different guitar textures throughout. Great album, something to be proud of.
