    Indeed.
  • Noooooo...noooooo. Not minor swing and bossa dorado again.....ROFL... I actually enjoy playing these tunes even though they are done to death...but I am too busy to make it to jams often.

I believe the moderators can set up a poll.

  • Polls can only have three questions.

  • As this seems to pertain to DiJ, you'll hear the following songs a lot:
    All of Me
    Coquette
I Can't Give You Anything But Love
    Sweet Georgia Brown
    Blues Mineur (or Swing 48)
I'll See You in My Dreams

Blues Bop Harry has summed it up quite but I would add that - certainly in Glasgow - we play Belleville quite often. Other favourites are Just One For Babik, Solitude, Tchavolo Swing, Swing Gitan, Minor Swing ( popular with newbies) and Dark Eyes. When we're fortunate enough to have a singer we add Autumn Leaves, La Vie En Rose, Meniltmontant, La Folle, Padam Padam.
Indifference crops up a lot and Body and Soul.
    always learning
